Your First Visit
Welcome! This visit will be focused on getting to know you, your health concerns and goals that you are seeking with our care. We wish that your experience in our office is a comfortable one. We will offer you an office tour when you arrive and an overview of our approach to health and well-being. After the consultation we will perform a Neuro-Spinal assessment. Our Chiropractic evaluation includes 2 state-of-the art diagnostic scans, a digital postural assessment and a comprehensive structural exam. Other tests may include a functional muscle assessment, necessary orthopedic tests, lab diagnosis and imaging. The results of our assessments will help determine if you are a candidate for care and which methods are the best suited for your wellness goals. Please arrive for this appointment with your heath information completed before hand so we can start promptly. Expect to be in the office for an hour during your first visit.
Your Next Visits
After the initial consultation and our chiropractic analysis, we will review the findings of your examination in detail. If we determine if you are a candidate for our care we will direct you to the proper course of action to help you achieve your health goals and get you on track to living your best life possible. During the Report of Findings is a great time to inquire about your care and to voice any concerns that you may have about yourself and your family. Please plan on 30 minutes for the report of findings and please come with any questions that you may have.
